They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.
The problem was not with the Toy6 Doctor but with the sub-contractor ... read more The problem was not with the Toy6 Doctor but with the sub-contractor with the computer. They had a problem getting it to work. After the Toy Doctor got a working computer, they did very good work and everything is working like a new car. That's good for a 2004 Prius!!

Scott knows his stuff and is one of the hardest working and respectful small business owners I have observed in quite some time. Very impressive customer service, old school values and honest. Not looking forward to next vehicle problem, but wont be disappointed to go visit Scott again as watching him interact with the barrage of phone calls and walk in clients with multiple questions, motivates me to make my own business better! -Gary Morris
