ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

Fantastic service and really great prices. When there was a discrepancy between the numbers that were shared with me initially, they honored the cheaper price and were extremely helpful walking me through the repairs.

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. First time customer. Called around for quotes on service B for Mercedes. When I called Star, they told me that they want to look at first because they won't charge for parts I don't need. Was a little wary without a quote. They ran car diagnostic and texted to my phone before confirming the quote. And much cheaper than other places I called.
