Kevin & Vatche are the best and I feel lucky to have found MBZ west! I first saw MBZ west on my drive to work and decided to go to them to help me fix a multitude of issues on my Mercedes. Right off the bat I felt like I could trust them. They are so detailed with their work and took the time to explain the issues, current/future problems, pricing and I don't think you get them from a lot of mechanics. The work was done quickly and in the time I needed and they also washed my car!! They followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I was satisfied. A few weeks after my first experience my car again had a problem come up (unrelated to the work that had already been done) and they helped me immediately (30 mins after I called them). I will definitely continue to come to MBZ west and will recommend them to others.
