I have always used them for batteries for my cars in Tucson, but yesterday they refused to honor the warranty on my three year battery when it failed after two years because it was my "show car" and only driven about once a week (or every two weeks). They claimed there was "always some power draining the battery"....but my car has a KILL SWITCH which I always use for that very reason. I immediately called their corporate office and explained the situation and they said I was correct and they should have honored the three year warranty....what a rip off and I suspect it was because I was a woman and they thought I didn't know better! After getting validation by corporate I took it to Pep Boys on 22nd St. and they immediately agreed that it should have been replaced under the warranty and they cheerfully did so at the prorated price. Rest asssured that car show community in Tucson will know all about this scam.

He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I would recommend them to everyone

Not only are his rates very low, Ryan always tries to save the customer money. Additionally, Ryan keeps an eye out for potential future problems, so you get a "heads up" rather than a nasty surprise. Perhaps most importantly, Ryan is totally HONEST! Before I met Ryan I was looking for a mechanic. Now... I HAVE A NEW MECHANIC FOR LIFE!
