I attempted to get an oil change on a Thursday and was told "too busy"... read more I attempted to get an oil change on a Thursday and was told "too busy" and "we don't do any work without an appointment". I made an appointment for the following day, and asked for the business' phone # to call them if for any reason, I was unable to make the appointment. The business had no appointments for the time I requested. Gene, the owner or manager, did not, in fact, write my name down for the appointment, and when I showed up at the business, Gene was working on the vehicle of a local person who had not made an appointment and had just showed up. Gene was very, very rude, hateful, dishonest and disrespectful to me. Told me he was too busy to work with me, and admitted that he hates people who are not "Locals". I went out of my way to return to Lusk in order to get my appointment.
