BEWARE, horrible customer service! If you have good credit this place does NOT want to sale you a vehicle. Their used vehicles are HORRID. Their show room is TERRIBLE. Their service department is 100% AWFUL. JR is VERY RUDE!! After the way he acted in front of me yesterday he should be FIRED!!!!!!! They only have one tech that knows what he is doing. Devon seemed very preoccupied and did not provide me with sufficient answers once he introduced himself. Nikki is EXTREMELY RUDE she acts like she is better than you ever will be. I will NEVER EVER do business here EVER!! I had cash you FOOLS!!
If you do decide to go here do so at your own risk. Others have told me about their bad experiences as well. Their vehicle return rate is off the charts. Nothing gets fixed at Spencer Auto Group. Going to Mid-State Chevrolet!!
