Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

He dropped the car off at Ashburn Autocare. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the problem part. Fair price. I have nothing but good things to say about Ashburn Autocare. I would recommend them.
they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't ev... read more they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't even put any grease in it it failed less than three months later they tried to say I didn't grease that I said well I paid you to put it in and it's brand-new you don't even have enough common sense to grease the bearing. Second time we had a blowout on the highway and the guy we called AAA they called Minute Clinic shows up and come out there without a jack. The third time they towed the vehicle unauthorized charge me a hundred thirty bucks
