they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't ev... read more they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't even put any grease in it it failed less than three months later they tried to say I didn't grease that I said well I paid you to put it in and it's brand-new you don't even have enough common sense to grease the bearing. Second time we had a blowout on the highway and the guy we called AAA they called Minute Clinic shows up and come out there without a jack. The third time they towed the vehicle unauthorized charge me a hundred thirty bucks

I have always taken good care of my vehicles, following manufacturer recommendations. This was my first visit to Trinity in Winchester, VA. Friendly, quick service. However, in the first 5 minutes they broke my dipstick. No one apologized, offered any compensation or felt bad about the situation. Not only that, the dipstick was stuck in the car's dipstick holder. I called the manager and told him my concerns, and he said that 'it happens all the time, nothing I can do.' I feel this was very bad for business and I will not return.

Friendly people and decent price, but I recently looked underneath of my Tundra and noticed that none of the u-joints on the drive line looked like they had been greased. Had a mechanic friend look at the grease fitting while he was repairing a heat shield and he agree. It doesn't appear to me that Trinity Lube had actually been lubing!
