I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. As the daughter of a mechanic, I am more than ashamed of not only their work, but their disgusting customer service. After an entire WEEK, I was still told "tomorrow" and then when I asked the price of what had been done I was told "I'll call you back by five." When I hadn't been called by 4:55pm (1655), I called them, was answered by an incredibly nasty voice; placed on hold until 5pm (1700), and abruptly hung up on. To anyone searching for great car repair, customer service, and a fair price.... I urge you to stay the heck away from there and try someone else! Terry's Auto in Boonsboro was wonderful, I was given a fair price, and my repairs were done in less than a day :)

Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L.
