Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However ... read more Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

He listened to my issue and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I had lunch plans and after the assessment was done he said that I could get a loaner so not to miss the lunch date. I now have new tires and was satisfied with my experience at Silver Lake. I would give them 5 stars.
