It doesn’t sound any better than what I had before. The salesman, Kevin, was deceptive in an effort to make the sale. He grossly over exaggerated the way the product would sound. When I told the manager, Paul, how unhappy I was he gave me a well-rehearsed speech. He refused to refund me, suggested I spend more money, and listed several reasons why the product didn’t sound good. Terrible customer service. I am miserable with my car audio from AMS. Beware.
