I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest ... read more I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have be... read more I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.

Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.
