It’s been over a week of waiting and nobody has reached out. My car is definitely needing to be serviced but I am being turned away because nobody can contact the warranty company. I was very pleased with Coulee Auto in the past but I am now upset because of the safety of my car. I am being dismissed anytime I call to check.

They could not find the broken wire 10" from the parts they replaced. Waste of my time and money. Will not be doing business with them for my other cars.
Our Infinitis brake wear indicators were making noise, so my wife took... read more Our Infinitis brake wear indicators were making noise, so my wife took it in for service on a Wednesday and we were told it could be repaired Thursday before close of business. On Thursday, at 330 pm or so, I called and was informed it would not be finished until Friday. On Friday, I called a couple hours before close and they weren’t sure if it was going to be done that day, but it may take until Monday. 30 minutes before close I was informed it would be Monday for sure. Monday, around 3 pm I called and they said it was the wrong part again and it would be Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest, that it would be finished. Thursday I called and they said it would be done by close of business. My wife picked up a loaner car that Wednesday, thinking it would only be over night. The loaner car shakes when going the speed limit on the interstate, so we stopped using that….and luckily we’re not charged. Please notice that I was the one who called every time to get updates, and only received an update on the day it was finished. I am not sure that I will be returning.
