We have a special pearled white finish and they were able to perfectly blend the paint. We couldn't determine where the new met the old paint. They returned the car cleaned inside & out. Saved me the $300 I was going to spend having the car detailed. Everyone I met at the shop was friendly and professional. I would recommend Pulera to anyone that wants professional craftsmen fixing their crash. I hope I never have to use them again, but if the car is hit again I will only take it to Pulera Pat W.

I then realized that all the bolts were installed upside down with NO strut nuts to hold strut assembly to the truck. They HAD to know this was not the correct installation because they added 3 washers under the bolts to get them to tighten. These washers were NOT included in the kit and were NOT automotive grade. If they had any questions on the install they could have called. Detailed instructions were provided with the kit, the picture on the box showed the bolts being threaded into the lift donut, pointing up, and not through the truck strut mounting plate upside down. I even verbally explained the installation to them. I contacted them and informed them of the error. They did offer to reinstall the old kit, but after the incorrect installation I wanted the kit replaced. I took the truck to a Ford Dealer. Upon inspection no damage to vehicle was found, because I didn't drive it after finding the problem for a week. The lift donuts were beat up pretty bad. In order to install the 1 inch wheel adapters I was told they would trim the lug studs down the get wheel clearance. Upon further inspection I discovered they did NOT use any type of measuring tool, like a steel sleeve and a nut to cut the lug studs equal lengths. They just cut them all free hand leaving each lug stud at all different lengths. Some went past the nut some where shorter then the nut. They didnt even bother to grind the lug studs flat on the ends. Overall their work is amateur at best and careless at worst. I paid them $765 for thIs garbage job on a new vehicle. I paid another $950 to replace lift kit and all the lug studs. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE
