Was told that they could do a full assessment but never approved it then after the evaluation told tires on rear were out of tread and had to pay $110. It's apparently clear I needed new tires and you still charged me money for a free service I should have received for buying tires with you and are part of the purchase free tires and rotation. Secondly your advisor suggested a set of tires that are not the appropriate speed rating for my vehicle. I've lost trust in Silver Lake Auto. I don't want a full vehicle inspection report or at least not to stick me with a payment. Make me sign off that I want to do this. Now I question your team's ability to make good customer decisions for long-term versus short-term gain on profitability is what it feels like.
