I was given an appointment that was reasonable and for one of the jobs had the use of a loner. I appreciate the fact that when there is an oil change, the entire car is checked as I am not mechanically knowledgeable about cars. When advised about work that needs to be done, I feel they are being honest about what needs to be repaired/replaced.

My muffler needed 2 broken off bolts removed, and a gasket and 2 new bolts replced....simple right ? They had the job done in less than an hour, and I was charged with a $105.00 bill. I will NEVER go there again !
