When I got my car back this time I was told it was done. Misfires returned within 24hrs of having it. I popped my hood and found that there was now an oil leak from my turbo that wasn't there before, they stole my skid plate that was under the engine, and they didn't bother bolting down my battery. Only God knows what else they messed up on. Worst company I have ever delt with in my life

I asked VL for an estimate and they gave me a reasonable one. I did not have VL do the work in the end but I have received so many texts and emails thanking me for being a customer and asking me for reviews. Several times it was two texts and an email per day, normally it's thee per week, every week. A poor way to treat customers, a worse way to earn new ones. Does their shotgun to marketing approach reflect a shotgun approach to car repair? I don't know and I'll never find out. Go somewhere that'll respect you for being their customer.
