The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

They degreased the engine but didn't dress the hoses, or Armor All any plastic, etc. Also, they turned all my black trim on the outside of the car white with excess wax, so now I have to clean it. They also didn't dress the interior and they don't clean the trunk. Don't go there.
