He listened to my issue and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I had lunch plans and after the assessment was done he said that I could get a loaner so not to miss the lunch date. I now have new tires and was satisfied with my experience at Silver Lake. I would give them 5 stars.

Last week, I came for an oil change and was recommended getting 2 new ... read more Last week, I came for an oil change and was recommended getting 2 new tires among other things. I was first told it would be $1700 for the 2 tires and oil change ?? but when I questioned it, the employee called over someone and he hit some buttons and was given a new quote....$94 for the oil change, which I paid that day and $600 for the new tires and alignment. Expensive, but seeing as how there was a hook in one of my tires, I said okay. I came back today and had them put on. When I went to pay, 2 hours later mind you after being told it would only take an hour, it was over $800!!!! I asked why and he said $600 for the tires and $200 for the alignment. So he lied to me last week and now I was stuck with the bill. for $800, I could have gotten 4 new tires elsewhere, with alignment. When I asked for the total last week for 2 tires and alignment, I was told $600 but was charged $800. Unacceptable!!!
