Good rich tires with the understanding from your overall Silver Lake company manager that I would receive a $50.00 rebate on the 4 tires I purchased. The only thing I got was lip service and vague responses to my questions about the status of my rebate. I finally got a new service guy to give me the info for how to reach the status of my rebate. When I went to the site I found that the rebate was never applied for as promised and would not be honored. This is the first opportunity I have had to express my complete contempt for your company.
