I was told my car would be done Saturday I called several times. NO communication at all the new owner Mike said in a few hours the piece was the wrong piece 7pm that night still no car I had to call them was promised a my car by 2pm Sun. 5pm I call no answer he calls from his personal phone saying Hey u called when I asked for Tom Mike stated since I was rude I can get my car Monday morning. Mind you I need my car Im a frontline worker at at St Francis I only have limited hours to get things done in this high demand and staff needed. He showed his egotistic attitude when trying to punish me by making me wait yet another day all because I said Tom would've at least called me. His excuse was he had a family event to go to and I should be happy they worked on it over the weekend Bashing Tom saying he would have Never done that. Well in reality Tom would have never been so unprofessional.

I pick my car up later that evening, drove home, parked car until the next day. September 9, 2017, while I was driving my car, The engine light came on inside my vehicle and you start to drive a little funny so I took my car home waited until Monday to take my car back to the shop by that time my car overheated, The motor seized up and my head gasket was blown. The antifreeze that they put in my car leaked out and that's what caused the problem because it didn't have no coolant and they are trying to blame me for what had happened to my car. My car has never overheated before and that was the reason I bought in for. This company refuse to give me my old car parts or try to fix what they didn't.

They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.
