He listened to my issue and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I had lunch plans and after the assessment was done he said that I could get a loaner so not to miss the lunch date. I now have new tires and was satisfied with my experience at Silver Lake. I would give them 5 stars.

Stood there for a long time and no communication as to why I was waiting. l miss the Firestone shop. I won't be back.
My truck had a frozen front caliper. Tech recommended several replacem... read more My truck had a frozen front caliper. Tech recommended several replacement items needed, so I agreed. When I picked up the vehicle, braking distance was dangerously long. Had my brakes re-bled at home to find air in the system, including the abs pump. Also, 1 brake line hose mount is ty-wrapped to the rear axle leaf spring perch, bs drilling out the bolt, that was broken off during this service. This has been a poor experience in service and workmanship.
