Van Zeeland identified a problem they told me to return for, but they were not able to address the prinlem that I brought in the vehicle for.

Well I'm just not a fan of people inspecting my vehicle without my prior authorization. I believe they may have put back my cabin air filter back in wrong. Air system sounds differently now like there's a leak. It wasn't like this before I brought it in for service. You all also took more time than I expected and we're waiting on me to authorize additional repairs that I never asked for. It makes me not even want to ever come back to you ever again because my normal shop would have never done this.
