They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. I made an appointment over the phone and got and instant text message conforming the appointment, connecting it to my phone calendar, what an easy way for me to remember. Plus these guys are super courteous in person, obviously very knowledgeable about their craft and were the opposite of pushy when it came to the work that was needed to keep my LR3 on the road, They got the work done when they said they would and stuck to the estimate. Honestly, they went above and beyond all they said they would and made me feel like I was taken care of when all was said and done.
