Just because I am a female does not mean that the female behind the counter can ask me if I know anything about cars and when I responded with I have some knowledge but not extensive and get a rude comment of "I am not going to waste my time in telling you what is wrong with the car but it is going to cost you $900 and we already started the work". I asked her to explain to me what was wrong with the car and she would not tell me anything! As a customer, if I ask you to tell me exactly how you are going to repair this so called $900 repair I expect a detailed response. After multiple attempts of asking what is wrong with the car and paying $150 for the diagnostic, I got nothing. I told them to put my car back together and I will go elsewhere. The result of going elsewhere was the battery needed to be replaced, paid $47. Problem solved. I have no idea how this shop is still open! HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!

They take the time to explain the issue to me, a non-car savvy customer and they even help prioritize which repairs are critical and which can wait. I recommend these guys for your German car and I am happy to have my Audi in their very capable hands.
