Rarely, if ever, have I received better service from an establishment than what I received from D&M. We were on the road pulling a large horse trailer with a horse when we began having alternator problems. Kevin, Sam and the staff made every effort to identify the problem and get us back on the road as soon as possible. Every member of the D&M staff was as courteous and helpful as possible and considered our problem as if it were their own.
I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to find a business that was as honest and customer oriented as D&M.
