They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. Without our fleet vehicles running in prime condition, were dead in the water. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it.
