Roy is a consumate professional who takes great pride in his work and is very good at it HI drove an hour and a half on a Saturday to insure the radiator he restored fit and worked properly. I have been in this restoration of vintage auto's for years and Roy is one of the best. I am happy to drove almost 2 hours to have Roy work on my truck, he is worth it.
My friend took his Kia in for inspection and was told the front end wa... read more My friend took his Kia in for inspection and was told the front end was shot and power steering pump also needed to be replaced. He was taken into the shop to witness the fluid leaking onto the floor. The repair bill would be over 1000.00 but they'd be happy to do it for him. Fortunately, he was wise enough to take his van elsewhere and it passed inspection The steering pump fluid level was fine and the leak appeared to have fixed itself. The front end no longer needed to be replaced either! You get the picture, this is a very corrupt business!
Hands down the most accommodating service shop I've ever been to. I wa... read more Hands down the most accommodating service shop I've ever been to. I was out of town and busted an oil pan. These guys towed me (at a special rate), ordered the part, and said they'd 'do their best' to fit me into their schedule so that I only had to rent a car for a week. Six days later, they called saying the car was ready to go (sticking to their quote which was more than fair). Friendly, patient and professional.....I couldn't have asked for better service during a very stressful incident. In this day and age, customer service of this caliber is a rarity....amazing.
