They couldn’t find the issue for the first three visits, just kept naming different problems. Then finally decided to change the engine. It took them a week longer, and more expensive then initially quoted. Never kept us in the loop. Pat was super rude at the end, yelled. We are not even sure he did all the work he told us he did. No proof, no receipts. I’m not going to use this place ever again, neither my family.
Recently my daughter bought a used car from the Nuttings. Less than a ... read more Recently my daughter bought a used car from the Nuttings. Less than a month the brakes needed to be done along with she the back wheel bearing was so bad that the wheel almost fell off. She ended up having the car towed to the garage. She was told not to drive it any further or the wheel would fall off. If this had happened she and my 2 year old grandson would have been badly hurt. Ray Nutting told her that he had done the brakes on the ford Exp. she bought from him and that it was in perfect condition. The fuel gage has stopped working along with the emergency brake. Last I knew if a car was not in good shape to be inspected the dealer could not sell it. Looks like we are going to call the attorney general if this is not corrected.
