In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

We called looking for tires and was told they had them in stock so we drove an hour to get to this store location and sat there waiting for 3 hours when we were told that they actually did not have the tires in stock, even though the computer was saying they did, and was never given the opportunity to order them. They tried to sell us a lesser tire for the same price. So, we chose another tire and after checking the stock, once again was told it was not in stock, even though the computer said it was. They had already put our car on the rack and taken our old tires off, so we had to sit there waiting for them to put our old tires back on. After about 3 1/2 hours we left with NO new tires and still had to drive an hour to get back home. NEVER AGAIN will this store get any business from us!!!!!!
