I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.

Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?
