I was extremely happy with my visit. Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with all the answers I asked. I found Big Al's very honest and very fair priced.  This was my first visit and yes I will return.
Rich, who worked on my truck, actually came in and explained what was going on and showed me the actual bad parts.  When I could not afford to buy rear calipers, there was no pressure at all.  I highly rate them.
