In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. They looked at it, explained what they saw and why it wasn't needed. So I believe they are honest and not just out to make a buck wherever they can. Frank J. Mechanicsville, VA
I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and ... read more I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!
