I was referred to this shop as being the best alignment shop within 50 miles.  I have used them multiple times.  Sort of old school, low tech operation, and they do not run out and greet you in the parking lot.  However, they have done a great job every time, for me and others I know.  On two occasions, they identified significant issues with front end suspension components and recommended that I not spend money on the alignment until those items are fixed (and they did not lobby to get the business for the repairs, though they were willing to do it).  They charged me only a few bucks and said they would take that amount off the cost of alignment when I brought it back.  They lost money that day because a time slot produced a fraction of the revenue expected, but they were clearly more concerned that my vehicle be made right and that I NOT spend more money than necessary in the process.  I respect that, as it is rare these days, and appreciated it.  Right now, I am scheduling another vehicle for alignment with them.

Awful experience!  I work til 5pm and dropped the vehicle off on lunch.  I was told someone is there every evening until dark.  A co-worker dropped me off at 5:30pm (Fri. evening!) to pick up my vehicle and everyone was gone!  The guy who runs the wrecker service was there but said he had nothing to do with the alignment shop and couldnt unlock the gate for me to get my car out.  He told me his buddy would be there any min and could help me out.  However, an hour later that guy hadnt showed up and the wrecker guy had left too.  So there I sat stranded! Did I mention I live an hour away?  I finally made a few calls and found out the owners name and phone number.  I got ahold of him and he told me someone would come "release" my car.  So an hour and a half later I finally got my ride, and guess who came to release my car?  Yep, the wrecker guy I talked to in the beginning who said he had nothing to do with that part of the business.  I was furious!  What lousey poor customer service.  This place is a joke, dont waste your time or money supporting a business who has such poor regard for their customers!
