I was mislead (lied to) regarding what service I needed to purchase in order to get the undercarriage of my car cleaned, treated rudely by the cashier, not refunded for the overcharge but given a certificate for a less costly future wash, then the original over charged service was unacceptable and I returned with in the hour and twice asked for the problem to be correct, and it wasn't. When I complained and asked for a refund, the President and CEO, Henry F. Weinschenk, apologized for the over charge and poor service and told me I had be compensated with a coupon. No refund was given. This business completely earns an "awful" rating.
