I was able to take my car in at a time that worked for me and did not have to wait long for it. I will definitely be going back in the future for my automotive needs. Halie Hunt

My car had a computer problem that was difficult to diagnose. Transmission Clinic found the problem when the local Chevrolet dealership couldn't. Not only did they fix the problem I saved between 600-700 coming to them. Highly recommend!! Kenny Jarels

A day later the owner of the business referred to as 'Junebug' called me about some else radiator telling it was off a 50 year old car and not worth repairing. I explained that this was not my radiator then he proceeded to say he cleaned and pressure tested my radiator and that he could not find a leak even after running pressure tests from 3 psi to 16 psi. He further explained that he could install a new core if I like for $400. Then later that day he had someone else to call me with a $650 price. I drove from Roanoke to his shop to drop off my radiator which according to the automotive repair shop that the green dried up chemicals near the top tank was the result of previous leaking. I advised Bassett Radiator Shop that I planned to drive back to pick up my radiator. Once I arrived, the owner was not there but left a $60 bill. I paid the bill and traveled an additional 20 miles to a radiator shop in Eden, NC. They immediately inspected my radiator and advised me that my radiator had not been cleaned or pressure tested so I was completely ripped off by Bassett Radiator Shop in Collinsville, VA. The Eden, NC radiation shop detected the leak and quoted a price of $450 to replace the core. This was a good price because the radiator belong to my 1985 Rolls Royce and this price is less than half of getting a rebuilt radiator from the dealer as a new radiator was no longer available. I do not recommend doing business with Bassette. First they are un professional, disorganized and a RIP off shop ran by a fly by night old incompetents who only accept cash as payment so that they can RIP customers off without any recourse. M. C.
