I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

I must say I was a little hesitant to use the service in the beginning... read more I must say I was a little hesitant to use the service in the beginning, I've had BAD experiences with mechanics. This is my second time using MARS and I've had a good experience so far with both visits. Service was GREAT! They explained what was done and what still needed to be fixed. Plus it's convenient as heck, which worked so well for me. Thanks! Yvette Talley
