My boat has been sitting there for months (no exaggeration) and only p... read more My boat has been sitting there for months (no exaggeration) and only partial repairs were done. At first, the dealer rapport was great, and was able to give great advise....until you actually need work done. I normally don't worry about writing reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel others should know. None of my phone calls were returned. Every time, I called and actually spoke with someone, they would relay a status back and fourth with the owner. It seemed I was annoying them!!! After multiple "second chances" they didn't get it right...i pulled the boat out the shop and took it to another. All repairs were done in 1 week!!!! I have decided to keep all my emails and correspondence, associated with my experience for reference purposes. Again, please avoid like the plague!! From one customer to another.
