Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) I normally have it checked when the oil change is done. I went to three garages before international auto center who told me, this car had a closed system and could not be checked. The mechanics at international knew this style of gm, and how to check the transmission. No one wants anything to happen to their car, but having a mechanic that you can trust makes the situation a lot smoother. International Auto Center, is a place I can trust. -Jason Huffman

We called and left a message on the phone number provided and they called us back and we booked an appointment for same day. We met David the General Manager at the nicely decorated office and workshop at Chantilly. He was very professional and knowledgeable on BMWs. In fact we were very impressed with the diagnoses he gave us on other issues on our car. They also gave us a good discount on oil change and the icing was 2 year warranty for the parts we purchased from them which actually came from the dealership. They also gave us a good discount.
