The service rep called me to tell me they did everything they could to... read more The service rep called me to tell me they did everything they could to find the problem but could not fix it & I should probably take my car to the Dealership. When I went in to pick up my car Berry apologized for not being able to repair the car & let me know it was NO-CHARGE. I could not believe it. Now that is customer service!!! This is why my family takes our five cars to Firestone for all our service. We trust that team of mechanics! I then proceeded to take my car to the dealership where I was raped & pillaged.
