Went in with a grinding sound. Left extremely happy they were almost 200 dollars less than the dealer and I don't have as much brake dust on the rims as I used to get with the original pads. The manager was friendly and really made me feel very comfortable about making a decision. No pressure and all in all they did an excellent job. 

Returning next week to have my timing belt replaced. They literally were 500 dollars less than the dealer and offered me a free nationwide warranty. Really can't ask for more from a company. The techs are well trained and very professional. Highly recommend
