Import Auto Service is fantastic!!  I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years.  I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer.  I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau.  I decided to take my car to Import  - to my amazement,  the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing.  Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years.  I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Import (in my 15+ years) and I have recommended many people to Import and will continue to do so.  Thanks Import Auto Service!!

Overall good job. Seemed like the job (replace all belts) took a bit too long but I was satisfied with the work and reasonable cost for the work done. Recommend.

I have had my cars repaired here for over 20 years. Service has always been excellent and at a reasonable cost. The work has been everything from the simple to a rebuilt transmission.
