store 41 in Vernal Utah: I took my 2010 razor in to get serviced and t... read more store 41 in Vernal Utah: I took my 2010 razor in to get serviced and to fix the hesitation in it back in June 2012. They kept it for a month to find out what was going on with it, they said it was the fuel pump and idle sensor. We gave them the go ahead to fix it. The air filter was never changed. Got it back TWO months later with the same problem nothing fixed. Come to find out when they put the fuel pump in they needlessly forgot the GASKET! In August 2012 I tipped the razor on its side and damaged the right side of it. Took it back to Bears for a bid for insurance company. Kept it until NOVEMBER 2012! At that time they replace all plastics on that side and damage. Placed in storage for winter. Then February 2013 took it out of storage and it wouldn't start or run. Still had the original HESITATION and the check engine light remained on. Decided to find a better place to have my machine looked at. So I took it to Grand Valley Motorsport in Junction Colorado on February 15th 2013. Where we had the service manager look at it. It took him five seconds to know that there was something major wrong by simply unloading it. The next day he called me and let me know that the wiring harness was not wired right plus the fuel pump was not the right size or put out the right amount of pressure for the machine. At the time of fixing it he noticed MISSING BOLTS AND NUTS EVERYWHERE roll cage everything he replaced them for no charge. We had to open our insurance claim from the wreak because of Bears did not replace the front bumper assembly that was damaged previously in the wreak. AS of right now my machine is still over in Colorado waiting for some extra back ordered parts non included in the wreak or claim or service. The service manager has been great letting me know and working with us on everything and as of right now pick up date is March 7th which is only 16 days they had my machine and stored our tailor no charge. DO NOT GO TO BEERS HARLEY DAVIDSON OR TRUST THEM!
