I pulled into Pitts parking lot at 12:06pm on July 15th 2014, only to find a note stating; "no inspections till 12:00. Sorry". One customer was already waiting when I arrived and left soon after. I stayed until 12:45pm. I was one of 3 other customers who came and left. Also on the south side of the garage was a chained up pitt bull with no food or water. He was so lethargic he didn't even raise his head when I attempted to give him ice from my drink. It was 94degrees without a cloud in the sky... I will be turning them in to animal control and I took my business to Broadway Services and Repairs. Awesome customer service and precision work.
