I have been going to Mike Palmer Automotive for years and I have been very satisfied with them. Mike, Vanessa and all of the mechanics have been great at explaining what is wrong without making you feel stupid. They let you know which repairs need to be done and which repairs can wait. They fix your car in a timely manner at a fair price. They even let you use a loaner car for free while yours is in the shop (all you have to do is pay for the gas you use.) I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The brakes were down but they were honest and said they would last until the next checkup but that I needed them. They showed me and I appreciate the honesty so I just had them do them. Highly recommend.

I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for good, quality, honest and reliable automotive work. -Kyle
