Been here three times trying to get my oil change done after having bought a coupon book good for three oil changes from Groupon. First time the guy, Omar, told me they didn't have my oil filter. Second time he told me it would be a two hour wait (they don't accept appointments). Third time I tried to drop my car off. He told me they don't do that, that I'd have to wait three hours in their waiting room. I asked for a refund on my coupon book and he told me to leave. I told him this was the third time I'd been there and still can't get my oil change done and he didn't seem to care. He replied, "Yeah, I don't care." I won't even mention what happened after that. This is at their new location next to Markosian Auto. I had been going to the previous location down the street for years without any problems. I could drop my car off, no problem. They took appointments if you wanted to do that (even says it on the coupon book). The people were really friendly. None of those people are at the new location. This place is a nightmare. Do not go here.

I bought a used truck from them and under recommendation of the finance manager and salesman, although I was hesitant to do so, purchased their after-market warranty specifically to cover any issues with the 4WD ($2,200 for a comprehensive 3 year warranty - so not an insignificant amount). I started having issues with the 4WD so I took it in to have it repaired. I was told that the warranty would not cover the issue as the specific part needing replaced was not listed and if I didnt like it to call the warranty company myself. I expressed my displeasure with the situation as I had purchased the warranty through the dealership and hoped they would fight for the me their customer. While the service rep was courteous, he never made any offer other than to fix the part for an additional $700. Poor poor customer service and a lack of integrity and honesty from the finance and sales departments. Will NEVER buy from this dealership again.
