I discovered a couple of months ago, when I took my car to another mechanic for a grinding noise when I braked, that Terry's had incorrectly turned my right front rotor, ruing it and my brakes. I had to get 2 new rotors and have my front brakes redone. I left a (negative) review on yelp. Today, the owner and 2-3 employees confronted me at work about the bad yelp review and threatened me (an my car) with harm. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for... read more I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale, in the office while waiting for the salesman, I asked a customer who was there waiting if she had good experiences here and she enthusiastically said that she brought all her work to them and felt well taken care of. I decided to buy the Pilot and literally the next day, after signing all the "as is" paperwork, it's check engine light came on and the starter started acting up. Naturally, I called them, hoping they would help but half expecting them to throw some kind of band-aid on the problems to put me off. But they took good care of me thoroughly fixing the intake problem which was causing it to throw a code, they also replaced the starter with a used one. While I would have loved to have gotten a new starter, getting it replaced with one that worked felt fair. My general impression was that they genuinely want to do the right thing, I think they know what they're doing, take pride in their quality of work and overall integrity. I would comfortably buy another car from them and if I lived closer I'd use them for their repair and maintenance services.
