HE WILL THEN ASK IF YOURE “DADDY CAN PAY THE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF STUFF THEY DID TO YOUR CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION SINCE YOU REFUSED AND NEVER AGREED. I was at this shop yesterday for a simple smoke test to find out what was wrong with my car, we agreed on a smoke test only, I left my car for a few hours to get a call back that the owner of the shop “went ahead “ and fixed a bunch of stuff we didn’t even go over, he then continued to go in about how I had to pay for the gas because he DROVE MY CAR TO GET PARTS I DIDNT APPROVE OR EVEN AWARE I NEEDED. He was very unprofessional and when I said we didn’t agree on that and why he didn’t call me he said that he did it out of his goodwill just to fix it and I had to pay the bill I had no idea of, a simple 100$ smoke test went up too over 600-700$ in labor and repairs. He then degraded me and humiliated me by shoving his finger in my face and telling me I am not speak until he does. This is an old man talking to a 25 years old woman, he swore and stated that he never wants to see me or my “fucking car “ agian. I had to have my dad come in and help me due to the disrespect and this man making me cry and feeling cornered and helpless. IF MY DAD WOULDNT HAVE COME IN THIS MAN WOULD HAVE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME TO THE POINT I WAS SO CLOSE TO CALLING THE COPS. This man then told me to step out of the room so him and my dad could talk even though I was the paying customer , he degraded me and made me feel like as a woman I had no power, and I needed my “dad” and at that point no 25 year old woman should have to call her dad crying over a man degrading and humiliating and “shhsing “ his grown daughter over trying to figure out a payment plan. He agrees to 300$ all I had at the time and I said that’s fine but I will be letting other young woman know that you take advantage and he continued to say “I will just raise the price agian” I honestly do t know why I didn’t call the cops on this disgusting crook This man is a terrible man and if you’re reading this review I hope you know I will be getting other people to leave reviews. You should not be in business and you need some mental help on top of that, you are a disgusting human being.
I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front... read more I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front end repair done The only reason I took my bronco there was because another shop quoted me $1000 for the repair and alignment. A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.
I am VERY disappointed with this business. I went in because another ... read more I am VERY disappointed with this business. I went in because another mechanic told me I need a new head gasket. I came here and they did a check and said it wasn’t a head gasket that I just needed a few sensors replaced. As I was waiting to pay I heard the front desk guy tell a customer that they look at cars for free and then see what they need to do from there. Well after I left the car still was having problems. I took it back and they checked it over. When I went to pick up my car they wanted to charge me 80$. I confronted them about what I heard the man say. The old grumpy man at the front desk said they never check cars for free and that I wasn’t being truthful. I argued and kept asking if my car was fixed. He would say yes, no, then when I argued about paying he said I will tell you whatever you want to hear as long as you pay me. Right there I was so disgusted. Such blatant dishonesty from this business. From that moment on I did not speak to this man. Well come to find out I needed a new/repaired head gasket. So I’ve been driving on a damaged one for 2 weeks. Which has probably made it worse. Well I took it in and 2 weeks was how long it took. They kept making excuses that it was the shop who was grinding down the head gasket but if you have a business and you tell a customer that it will be done in 3-5 days that is when It should be done. I can even understand a few days but 14 , come on!!! Well then I had to pay that shop almost 500$ for taking 2 weeks to do the job. And BT automotive wouldn’t help, negotiate or make me feel like they appreciated my business. They also charged me for the new sensors when that wasn’t even the problem. No refund! While repairing the head gasket they offered to put new front tires on, so I accepted. When I went to pick up the car after the 14 days the tires were not put on. At this point I should have walked away but I needed these tires. So they put them on. 3 months later the front tires were bald
