Sergio Garza, the service manager, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice and recommended solutions with no pressure. He gave me a ride several times, and kept the office open a little late so that I could get there after work. I'd just been burned by a dealership. Turns out, they misdiagnosed my problem, didn't honor their warranty, and almost charged me over $700 for the wrong problem. His guys got the problem solved for a lot less money. Plus, they discovered another more serious problem with my water pump that the dealer missed altogether. It could've burned up my engine! I highly recommend these guys.

Waited for almost 2 hours and finally had enough and went out to see what the problem was and my truck was leaning off of the rack from being careless. Then after getting that straitened out I finally get ready to leave and realize my tires weren't even rotated. Horrible employees, sucky service, careless and unacceptable. I WONT BE BACK AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GOES.
