Drove out of town two days later and broke down because they used a bad refurbished part. Refused to warranty work or work with me in any way. Asked to speak to owner as he was the decision maker regarding this situation, and he would not return my call. I said that I would be cancelling my payment through my credit card company, and they threatened to put a mechanic's lean on my truck if I were to do so.

I had a quote from another shop for $1350 to replace all my ball joints and pitman arm on my Dodge 2500. They quoted me $975 for the same work and guaranteed it Parts and Labor for 12 months or 12K miles. Cant beat that kind of service.
